Utah Constitutional Amendment 6, also known as the Expand the Government Property Tax Exemption Act, appeared on the November 2002 statewide ballot in Utah, where it passed, with 57.5% in favor. It was one of seven statewide ballot measure that year in Utah. The measure was referred to the ballot by the Utah State Legislature as a new constitutional amendment to the Utah Constitution.

The ballot summary produced by Utah officials described the measure in this way:

Constitutional Amendment 6 authorizes the creation of a property tax exemption, as provided by statute, for property not owned but used, controlled, and possessed by the state or by a local government entity.
