Ryan Kiesel (b. January 15, 1980) was a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represented District 28 from 2004 to 2010. He did not seek re-election in 2010. Before his retirement, he served as Minority Caucus Vice-Chair.

Kiesel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2002, and law degree from the Oklahoma College of Law in 2006. He works as an attorney and has served as assistant editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. He is married to Allison.
