Lucy McVitty Weber (b. August 5, 1952) is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She has represented the Cheshire 2 District since 2006.

Weber's professional experience includes being a member of Cheshire County Delegation Executive Committee; alternate member from 2002-2003 and elected member from 2003-2007 of Walpole Zoning Board of Adjustment; innkeeper, attorney, and teacher.

Weber earned her BA from Tufts University and MSEL/JD from Vermont Law School.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Weber ran for the Cheshire District 2 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, winning the third of three seats with 2,795 votes, behind Daniel Adams Eaton (D) with 2,976 votes and Tara Sad (D) with 2,862 votes, and ahead of Fred Ward (R) with 2,002 votes and 41 votes for others.
