Ed Cannaday (b. October 31, 1940) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 15th District since 2006.

Cannaday served as a sergeant in the United States Army from 1959 to 1962. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Tulsa in 1968, and received his Master's degree in History and Government from UT in 1969. He owns a dairy farm and has worked as an educator and principal. He and his wife, Doris, have one child, Eric.

Cannaday won re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He defeated Annie J. Goolsby in the Democratic primary by a margin of 4,111-826. Cannaday defeated Paul C. Parrott (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
