The Delaware Charitable Gambling Act was a legislatively-referred state statute on the November 6, 1984 election ballot in Delaware, where it was approved.
The Charitable Gambling Act of 1984 has the distinction of being the only statewide ballot measure ever to appear on the Delaware ballot.
