Chuck Hoskin (b. January 29, 1952) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 6th District since 2006 and currently serves as Minority Caucus Leader.

Hoskin earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Northeastern State University. He has owned a construction company, worked as a journeyman ironworker, was a public school educator and administrator, and was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service. He also served in the United States Navy. Hoskin and his wife, Stephanie, have two children: Charles Junior and Amy.
