Voters in nine states considered a total of forty-three ballot measures in 2007.
- Thirty-six (36) of the forty-three measures on the ballot were approved.
- Seven were defeated.
- Only four of the 43 measures were initiatives or referenda; the other 39 were legislative referrals.
